About Pax Development
Pax Development, LLC is a real estate development company formed in February 2021 with the purpose of developing affordable multifamily housing communities and rehabilitating existing real estate assets. The company is owned and controlled by Jeffrey D. Paxson and Scott N. Link. Jeff and Scott have a combined 30+ years of experience of developing, owning, and managing affordable multifamily housing. Jeff, a former CPA, specializes in the development, financing, and construction of new multifamily affordable communities with a niche for executing complex multilayered financing structures. Jeff, as principal and owner, has developed, redeveloped or acquired 45 affordable LIHTC communities under Pax-Edwards since 2012. Scott has worked in real estate development for 23 years and brings experience in all aspects of real estate development, specifically development, construction management and execution of transactions with complex financial structures.
Newly formed Pax Development, LLC was created by Jeff and Scott, who previously served a combined 10+ years as principal and officer at Pax Edwards, LLC respectively. At Pax Edwards, they were responsible for the development, re-development or acquisition of all 45 of its communities. Both Jeff and Scott have decided to transition their long-term efforts out of Pax Edwards and into Pax Development. Pax Development prides itself on its ability to get developments closed and built in an efficient way.
